Say hello
We read everything that arrives and reply to most of it. Corrections get priority over everything else, because a page that has gone out of date is the worst thing this site can produce.
Where to write
- Editorial and corrections — [email protected]
- Questions about the practice guides — [email protected]
If you are reporting something that looks wrong, a link to the page and a line about what you expected is enough. Screenshots help when the disagreement is about what a platform screen shows.
What we can help with
- Anything on this site that is inaccurate, unclear or out of date.
- Questions about how a practice account works in general terms.
- Suggestions for subjects we have not covered.
What we cannot help with
We are an editorial project rather than a broker, so there are several things we genuinely cannot do, and it saves everybody time to say so plainly:
- We cannot access, unlock or recover your trading account. Nobody who contacts you privately offering to do that is on your side.
- We cannot convert, release or withdraw a demo balance. Practice funds have no cash value and no mechanism exists to change that, on this platform or any comparable one.
- We cannot chase a deposit or a payout on your behalf. Those belong to the operator's own support.
- We do not give financial, legal or tax advice, and we will not tell you whether to fund an account.
A word on security
We will never ask for your password, your account credentials, a payment or a document. Any message claiming to be from us that asks for any of those is not from us. If you receive one, please forward it to the editorial address above so we can warn other readers.
Trading carries a risk of losing the money you put in, and some links on this site are affiliate links. Both facts are set out in full on our disclosure page.
